Create the (software) architecture for a product in the area of, for instance, consumer electronics, telecommunication, or the medical industry

Write proposals and feasibility studies for the implementation of our software framework, together with our account managers
Advise the management team where strategic decisions on a technological level are concerned
Lead project teams on a technical level
Put together training programmes for your junior colleagues, together with the People Manager
Conduct training programmes by means of individual coaching and training of your colleagues, as well as support them with their assignments

Your Experience

You fit the following profile:

You have an informatics background at a bachelor or master’s degree level
You have gained at least 10 years of experience at (technical) software development, in several different roles and environments and / or projects. The last two or three years, you have been working as a software architect. You would like to broaden your knowledge and experience in a different environment
You are familiar with multiple programming languages (such as C, C++, C#, Java), different platforms (Linux, Windows) and different processors (such as ARM, Intel). You also want to broaden your knowledge and experience in these areas
You have knowledge of or experience at working with several development methodologies and techniques (Reasl-time UML, RUP, Agile, MDSD, DDD, etc.) and want to keep this knowledge up-to-date. You are looking for an environment that allows you to put these to practice
